The two principals of the firm have a combined 36 years of experience and the company has grown to be one on Lexington's most successful independent real estate companies. Charley Shropshire is a crucial part of the team and has obtained the e-PRO designation. He is a Realtor member of the Lexington Bluegrass Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
Charley grew up in Lexington, and recently retired from the United States Army Reserve as a Master Sergeant in the 100th Division.
Charley's in-depth training includes special real estate courses in Real Estate Practice, Economics, Financing, Property Management, Legal Aspects, Real Estate Appraisal, Real Estate Investments, Exchanges, Taxation and Creative Financing.
